In the Preferences of LC ES Workspace, there is an option to Manage Queues and to share a queue.You can search for a user to share your que with.

In order to use this queue sharing it is necessary to enable the option ‘Add ACL for shared queue’ in  Workbench for this process. The option can be found in the property ‘Task Access Control List (ACL) of the ‘Assign Task’ operation.
